Anxiety, depression, trauma and mood disorders can make life difficult to manage. I use a variety of tools including narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and internal family systems to explore family conflicts, relationship history, job stressors, immigration trauma, sexuality, spirituality and identity stressors among other issues.
Navigating tension in your relationship can be challenging and learning new tools to manage conflict and increase relationship satisfaction can be helpful. I use tools from the Gottman Method and IFS to take a wholistic approach to couples counseling.
The teen years can be filled with strife, loneliness and confusion. I use a child centered approach to establishing trust and rapport with teens so they can better identify their values in an evolving world.
